Once upon a time I was sitting trying to meditate, but having a hard time with fidgeting and such.So I decided instead to practice an exercise I was shown at an aura workshop I had attended.It was a simple exercise in which I rubbed my hands together and then with palms facing move my hands in and out slowly from about 6 inches to about 2 ½ feet.I found I could feel energy quite distinctly even quite far apart.It was almost as if there was a magnetic force guiding my hands. Then I somehow wondered what might happen if I just let my hands follow the magnetic force.So that is what I did.I was quite curious about what happened.My hands began moving around my body in various patterns.This was my first aura balancing.I found that afterwards I also felt better.
